LATEST SUGGESTIONS FOR EXIT 12
I was having trouble figuring out what this beer should be, so I figure, since Carteret was an English explorer, it would be an English-style ale. Carteret was the first English person to discover NJ, thus he earned the right to be a braggart. And also, if you go the other way, you will hit Rahway, which is home to a prison. Now, Carteret is one of the southernmost points you will hear a New York accent (which has Boston style r drops, so thus braggart would sound like Braggot. Thus, we get EXIT 9 BIG HOUSE BRAGGOT

How about a beer to honor Cateret's native sons The Smitheerens. It would be hoppy (poppy!) and dark, but very catchy (to the our tastebuds)!
